I use a variety of counselling strategies/modalities, like cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), solution-focused, interpersonal, attachment-based, and EMDR. In our first appointment, I can make suggestions which modality would best suit your presenting problem, or you can request a specific method.
